Rich Plonski NASM-CPT, PES
Rich is a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He developed a passion for athletics and fitness through his own training for both hockey and lacrosse at a high school varsity, collegiate club, and junior levels. He also currently coaches Lacrosse at the St. Johnsbury Academy as well as youth programs in the summer. He enjoys helping clients of all levels learn about, focus on, and achieve their health, fitness, and performance goals whether athletic or personal.
