Class Schedule & Reservations

RecFit St. J offers a diverse menu of classes for participants of every fitness level. Classes are open to both members and non-members alike. We currently have over 20 classes per week!

We also have a drop-in strength training program and offer on-staff personal training. Inquire within for more info!

Fitness On Demand:
